Job Summary:

Asset Performance Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead our Asset Performance Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales and service strategy to drive incremental revenue and Gross Profit within the strategic account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and manage a strategic account portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to drive incremental revenue and Gross Profit within the strategic account.
  • Review and ensure strong understanding of contract terms to ensure internal and client compliance.
  • Act as the lead on all service issues and or problems leveraging all internal resources for support.
  • Meet, make multi-level presentations and negotiate with senior level executives, and end users to continuously communicate the ManpowerGroup offerings.
  • Develop strong and deep relationships (webs of influence) in order to gain in depth knowledge of the client.
  • Drive Manpower Group of Companies vision and values to influence client relationships where our counsel and our services differentiate us from our competitors.
  • Identify and make face to face contact with new stakeholders within account.
  • Continue to invest in education of ManpowerGroup offerings, staffing industry, competitors, competitive products, services, delivery models.
  • Work collaboratively in Global Strategic Client Management teams and US Strategic Client Management teams to ensure clients perception of brand cohesion, collaboration and industry star status.
  • Interface with senior level executives within account to develop strategic alliances.
  • Develop an in depth knowledge of the accounts mission and goals.
  • Provide coordination across Branch and Regional lines for accounts with multiple locations.
  • Work with senior leaders to discuss strategic workforce management initiatives and activities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business to business environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
