Senior Development Manager, ROME GROUP

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Manager to join our team at ROME GROUP. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with experience in fundraising and development to make a meaningful impact.
Job Description- Support Leadership Initiatives
The ideal candidate will provide strategic support to our leadership team on various initiatives, working closely with the Director of Donor Experiences and the Principal Gifts team.
Cultivate Donor RelationshipsThis role involves developing and implementing personalized donor engagement strategies, assisting in the planning of innovative multimedia stewardship activities, and performing event execution tasks.
Provide Briefing MaterialsThe successful candidate will create comprehensive briefing materials to prepare university leadership for events and programs with principal gift prospects and donors.
Travel and Event ExecutionThis position requires occasional travel to various on- and off-campus locations for event execution and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in fundraising, development, or a related field
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential data
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
