RS Breakers and Controls is a leading Original Equipment Supplier that excels in customer service and customized solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and more.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing CRM software, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or social media marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or a related field is a plus.
