About the Role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and operations staff at our Saskatoon location. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong business acumen and the ability to build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and operations staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to drive business growth and minimize risk.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and credit management, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • University degree plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a management capacity.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and take calculated risks.
