Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the electrical industry
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or social media marketing (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry or a related field is a plus
