The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including market research, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage and track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and emerging trends within the electrical industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or sales within the electrical industry is preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
