About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions and ensure the team has the necessary resources to meet customer needs.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Support: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliable, and a team player.
