The Commercial Lines Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our Waterloo team and contribute to our mission to 'build the great Canadian brokerage'. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Lines, you will be responsible for supporting and developing your team's performance, while maximizing efficiency and ensuring an effortless client experience.
This role involves providing expert guidance to clients on their commercial insurance needs, acting as the primary link between clients and insurance companies. You will handle endorsements, renewals, and policy updates with precision, deliver prompt and professional support, and connect with clients to discuss renewals, provide quotes, and explore new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A RIBO license is mandatory, with CAIB or equivalent designation preferred or a willingness to pursue it. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and BMS is also essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and high standards of ethics.
With a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
