As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and oversight to business support functions, including business analysis, user acceptance testing, production support, and operational support for regulatory initiatives.
You will also have the opportunity to build a successful team with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, development, and delivery. Your team will work closely with stakeholders to deliver business solutions and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting talent, motivating teams to deliver, and driving employee engagement. You will be able to see an issue or problem and own it, with strong execution ability and the ability to see the big picture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of operational and support functions in Bank Operations
- Accountable for business support functions, including business analysis, user acceptance testing, production support, and operational support for regulatory initiatives
- Build a successful team with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, development, and delivery
- Lead a team of managers and business consultants who enable the Bank and Operations to support production and deliver on strategic objectives and OKRs
We offer a competitive salary range of $98,400.00 CAD - $177,120.00 CAD per year, depending on location and relevant job-related factors.
