This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in procurement management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, developing specifications for equipment and materials, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget requirements.
  • Assess the requirements of our establishment to develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, taking into account our operational needs and industry standards.
  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of purchase agreements.
  • Review quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitiveness and value for money.
  • Determine contract terms and conditions, including payment schedules, warranties, and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to procurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
