Regional Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrator to join our team at Mainstreet Equity Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of our residential property management operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review turnover inspections and create budgets for capital renovation projects, submitting them to the HO for approval.
- Assign projects to contractors and issue purchase orders according to approved budgets.
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure timely completion of turnover inspections.
- Source and compare price quotes from various vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, regional managers, and resident managers to schedule work orders and maintain inventory.
- Process expense forms, mileage submissions, and purchase orders for contractors.
- Ensure timely corrections for work orders and implement streamlined workplace processes.
- Approve operations purchase orders and process invoices from vendors and contractors.
- Create and manage inventory tracking, including collecting and submitting inventory sheets.
- Develop and maintain a monthly on-call schedule with regionals.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience in residential property management or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to multiple tasks and priorities.
- Above-average problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a security clearance.
