Job Title: Regional Administrator

Job Summary:

Mainstreet Equity Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and create budgets for capital renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and within approved budgets.
  • Assign projects to contractors and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure timely completion of turnover inspections and meet deadlines.
  • Research and obtain price quotes from vendors and contractors, ensuring best value for the company.
  • Coordinate with regional managers, resident managers, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
  • Process expense forms, mileage expense submissions, and purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Monthly and quarterly corrections for work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Create work orders and purchase orders for in-house trades and painters, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Budget and place bulk orders to maintain inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and seasonal updates and reminders, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement streamlined workplace processes, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
  • Approve operations purchase orders on an hourly basis, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process invoices received from vendors and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Create a monthly on-call schedule with regionals, ensuring effective communication and timely response to emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Administrative work experience in residential property management or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of property management administration and RTA an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and adapt to multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
  • Above-average problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a security clearance.
