About the Role

As a Regional Manager at Access Storage, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve operational excellence and business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee a region of 5-8 locations, ensuring smooth operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  2. Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to store teams to ensure effective execution of regional and company initiatives.
  3. Review store environments and key business indicators to identify areas for coaching and improvement.
  4. Implement plans to support the execution of regional and company initiatives, ensuring accountability and follow-up.
  5. Continuously improve sales success and maximize revenue-enhancing opportunities across all sites.
  6. Coach staff to develop and optimize sales opportunities, consistently meeting sales targets.
  7. Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve team performance and promote the organization through community and B2B involvement.
  8. Connect with businesses in the community through Chamber and Board of Trade events.
  9. Ensure administrative functions are performed efficiently, supervising and leading a team of 16-20 staff across multiple locations.
  10. Monitor the property and rental units, ensuring the property remains clean and accessible.
  11. Update client accounts, receive payments, and conduct move-out inspections.
  12. Collect and prepare information for daily reports.
Requirements
  1. 5-7 years of experience in sales/operations management and training in retail sales and customer service.
  2. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use positive language to build relationships with new clients.
  3. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, keyboarding, and internet savvy.
  4. Strong coaching and motivating skills, with the ability to lead in a team environment.
  5. Proven outstanding sales and customer service skills, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to remain composed during stressful situations, with a strong desire to succeed and be consistently reliable.
  7. A valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable vehicle, with travel between locations required.
