Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, performing administrative tasks, and providing sales support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist regional staff with administrative functions, such as document production and processing, report preparation, and data entry.
  • Maintain business relationships with external organizations and promote BDC's financing services with influencers and prospects.
  • Prepare letters and proposals, and/or contracts to clients and professionals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, and providing on-site logistical support.
  • Exercise analytical skills to develop the portfolio and uncover financing opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, with a strong ability to listen and identify sales opportunities.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Capacity to adapt to different situations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; French is considered an asset.
