Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional or Account Manager to join our Customer Success team as a Senior Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate Contracts and Expand Existing Business: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to increase revenue through contract renewals and expansions.
  • Drive Customer Adoption: Empower customers to get the most out of our platform, providing training and support to ensure seamless integration into their day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor Progress and Identify Opportunities: Track customer progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively seek out opportunities to create value through content delivery, platform adoption, and more.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build trust with customers, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Desire for Growth: Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to team morale, with a passion for personal growth and development.
About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and more.
