About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results and develop strategic business plans to meet company objectives
- Build and manage high-performing teams to promote exceptional customer service and sales experiences
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
- Maintain open communication with management to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, 1+ year retail or sales management experience, and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
