The Sales Lead supports Management in driving a customer-focused sales culture with values and guiding principles at the forefront of all store operations. Key responsibilities include building high-performing teams, developing talent, and promoting results-driven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales results and develop strategic business plans to meet company objectives
  2. Build and manage high-performing teams to promote exceptional customer service and sales experiences
  3. Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
  4. Maintain open communication with management to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, 1+ year retail or sales management experience, and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

The position involves constant walking and standing, occasional lifting, and frequent climbing. We offer competitive compensation for this position, estimated at $17 per hour, based on market data and industry standards for similar roles in the retail sector.
