About the Role:

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco Voice infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express
  • Participate in the upgrade of these systems to the latest versions, including planning, upgrading, and testing
  • Conduct level troubleshooting of these systems
  • Collaborate with the vendor Cisco to resolve issues
  • Document and update documentation for these systems
  • Configure and maintain Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway)

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways
  • Expertise in Cisco Call manager, particularly version and above
  • Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB (preferable)
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
  • Experience with integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
  • Experience with Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution

Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • At least 2 years of experience as a level engineer in the above-mentioned products
  • Ability to work independently
