We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in the field of Cisco Voice infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Level 3 Support: Provide advanced technical support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express systems.
  • System Upgrades: Participate in the planning, upgrading, and testing of these systems to ensure seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • System Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to these systems.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with Cisco vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update documentation related to these systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Video Server Configuration: Configure and maintain Cisco video servers, including VCS and Expressway.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways.
  • Call Manager Experience: Have extensive experience with Cisco Call Manager, particularly version 12 and above.
  • Unity and UCCx Knowledge: Possess good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx.
  • Oracle SBC and ECB Experience: Have working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB, preferably.
  • Cisco Video Servers: Be familiar with Cisco Video servers, including VCS and Expressway, and Cisco Video endpoints.
Preferred Skills
  • Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC): Have experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle SBC.
  • Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB): Possess experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle ECB.
  • Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor: Have experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor.
  • PSTN Telephone Integration with TEAMS: Be familiar with integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS.
  • Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV Solution: Have experience with Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution.
Key Competencies
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Level 3 Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience as a level 3 engineer in the above-mentioned products.
  • Independence: Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
