Job Title: Cisco Voice Network Engineer

Job Summary: eTeam is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Cisco Voice infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support for Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified Call Center Express
  • Participate in the upgrade of these systems to version 14.1, including planning, upgrading, and testing
  • Contribute to the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems
  • Perform troubleshooting of these systems and collaborate with the vendor, Cisco, as needed
  • Update documentation for the above systems
  • Configure and maintain video servers (VCS and Expressway)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Session Border Controller (SBC) and Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Operations Monitor and PSTN telephone with TEAMS
  • Experience with IPTV solution (formerly Exterity)

Key Competencies:

  • Team player with excellent communication and documentation skills
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Level 3 engineer in Cisco Voice products
  • Ability to work independently

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways
  • Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, especially version 12 and above
  • Working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • Knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB (preferable)
  • Knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
