Key Responsibilities:

* Provide level 3 BAU support for Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified Call Center Express
* Participate in the upgrade of these systems to version 14.1, including planning, upgrading, and testing
* Collaborate with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
* Document and update documentation of the above
* Configure and maintain Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway)

Requirements:

* Strong team player with excellent communication and documentation skills
* At least 5 years of experience as a level 3 engineer in Cisco products
* In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways
* Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
* Working knowledge of Oracle Client and ECB preferable

Preferred Skills:

* Oracle Session Border Controller (Client) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
* Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
* Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
* Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution
