We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Victoria, BC.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong administrator with construction office experience to provide high-quality support to our construction and sales teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the construction and sales teams.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
