At National Bank of Canada, we are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our operations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, flexible group insurance, and a generous pension plan.

This role requires a strong background in administration and operations, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. You should have excellent organizational and priority management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential for this position.

In this role, you will support members of our team by carrying out administrative tasks, such as welcoming clients, aiding with event planning, and providing top-quality customer service. You will also assist the Branch Administrator with operational and administrative tasks, such as making daily bank deposits and submitting accounts payable.

You will report to the Branch Administrator and work closely with a team of investment advisors. We value flexibility and work-life balance, offering a hybrid (remote and in-office) work model, work schedule arrangements, and flexible leave options.
