Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at DOABA SWEETS FACTORY INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies
  • Coordinate special events, manage kitchen staff, and train employees in food preparation and handling
  • Inspect kitchens, maintain inventory, and order equipment and supplies
  • Supervise kitchen staff, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and cooking techniques to enhance the culinary experience
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, managing budgets, and driving sales growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
