Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1359046 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and management, to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
