Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Supervise the preparation of meals, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.

  • International.
  • African cuisine.
Work Hours:
  • 35 hours per week.
