Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10825158 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary arts degree or certification an asset.
