About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2755702 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Cost Management: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Operational Analysis: Analyze operating costs and other data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Culinary Innovation: Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Training: Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Menu Planning: Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for multiple restaurants, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Culinary Adaptation: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Supervise and train sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Efficiency: Supervise activities to ensure efficient kitchen operations, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
