About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Wild Wing. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
    • Provide guidance and support to help team members develop their skills and knowledge
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
    • Degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
    • Ability to train and develop team members
