Sales Business Development Manager for Indwisco Limited

Since 1973, we at Indwisco Limited have been a trusted supplier of low carbon and stainless steel round bar and wire products to our diverse customer base in Canada and the United States.

We are committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers through our efficient fabrication, packaging, and shipping process. Our team takes pride in cutting each order to precise measurements to suit any application, from automotive parts to display fixtures, and beyond.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to help us drive sustainable financial growth and forge strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To boost sales and revenue through strategic account management and new business development
  • To develop a comprehensive growth strategy focused on both financial gains and customer satisfaction
  • To increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones through targeted marketing efforts and relationship building
  • To promote our products/services addressing or predicting clients' needs/objectives
  • To establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss business opportunities
  • To find and develop new markets and improve sales performance
  • To develop quotes and proposals for clients based on their specific requirements
  • To provide regular feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction, pricing, quality, and service

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success as a sales/business development manager, with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Result-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Educational background: BSc/BA degree
  • Fluency in French is an asset

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and growing company.
