Sales Growth Manager

The Sales Growth Manager is responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling Teleperformance's solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers, build rapport, assess needs to generate new business opportunities.
- Hunt, Acquire, Upsell and cross-sell Teleperformance services and solutions to new and existing clients, increasing revenue and expanding service offerings.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
- Knowledge of Google Products and its competitive landscape.
- Proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management).

Salary: CAD $51,000 annual base salary with OTE potential to top base rate with minimum 5% up to 20% in bonuses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, College degree or equivalent Degree.
- 1 year minimum experience in consultative Selling: managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customers/partners needs, focus on customer goals, results and clients satisfaction.
