Job Summary

As an Administrative Coordinator at Alberta Ltd O/A PawsPetPad, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Requirements

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• Computer and technology knowledge
• Electronic mail
• MS Windows
• MS Word

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure. You must have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, and reliability.
