Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Luxury D Homes Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and training other workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Provide training and support to other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and complaints

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Setting

The successful candidate will work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment, with a 35-hour workweek and permanent work term.
