Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
