Leduc Stars Academy is seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Services Assistant, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Additionally, you will manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. You will also provide customer service and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in this field of employment is an asset. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Leduc Stars Academy.
