At Circle K, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and organizing documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office.
