Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Circle K. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
