Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to multitask and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will also be required to work in a team environment and be flexible.

Education and Experience

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role. You must also be able to provide physical accessibility accommodations, visual accessibility accommodations, and auditory accessibility accommodations.
