Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at C-Lovers Fish & Chips Vernon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements to maintain efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports, balance cash, and complete related forms to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
