About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage financials, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive safe, quality food in a friendly and welcoming environment.
  4. Restaurant Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for employees to work and customers to visit.
Requirements and Essential Functions:
  1. Education: High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree a plus.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
  3. Age and Transportation: Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
  4. Computer Literacy: Basic personal computer skills and business math and accounting skills.
  5. Physical Demands: Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift.
