Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and supplier negotiations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and terms.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
