Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Predator Ridge Resort. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Supervise staff and provide training and development opportunities
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and handling procedures
  • Address customer complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Serving It Right Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate
