Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including restaurant managers, shift leaders, and customer service representatives.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, labor, and supplies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies and ingredients.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food, supplies, and other essential items.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
