Pomerleau Construction is a national leader in the construction industry, specializing in building, civil and infrastructure projects throughout Canada.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Major Projects team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business, supporting our office management and providing a great first impression for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and returning clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they are added into our electronic sign-in system.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls, delegating to appropriate personnel where required.
  • Ensure our reception and office space is maintained and organized at all times.
  • Receive and coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with couriers.
  • Own the scheduling of all boardrooms and various collaborative spaces.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT to prepare new hire collateral and equipment for their first day.
  • Manage the local offices parking pass distributions and transit reimbursements, providing monthly updates to payroll.
  • Maintaining inventory, consumables, and organization within the shared spaces and boardrooms.

This role requires:

  • A high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management.
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $84,000 per year, plus extensive employee benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
