Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Flexibility, Organized, Accurate, Client focus, Reliability
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
