SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team with a salary range of $72,008 to $94,115 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour work week.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Dynamic Airport Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing seasonal schedules by updating operational databases with real-time data
- Building daily gating, towing, and parking plans in collaboration with airlines and ground handlers
- Creating check-in counter and baggage carousel schedules, as well as assigning baggage piers in bag halls
- Providing real-time information to stakeholders and manually updating Baggage Information and Flight Information Displays
- Troubleshooting multiple scheduling conflicts as they arise and being available to the Integrated Operations Centre response team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an airline/airport operations environment, supplemented by completion of a high school diploma; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Ability to quickly evaluate large amounts of information and come up with sound decisions under time constraints
- Ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Airline/airport scheduling experience an asset, preferably with gate and baggage scheduling systems
- Extensive computer knowledge and experience, and the ability to become proficient at new software systems
