We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Passionate Learners Academy (PLA) Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
- Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the overall organization of our workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Languages: English is the primary language used in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
