Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
As an Office Operations Coordinator at PDX Courier Service, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. This includes direct and control of daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, answering electronic inquiries, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, performing data entry, providing customer service, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
