We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Owl Drugs Pharmacy. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Job SummaryThe Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and vendors
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours worked and other relevant data
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements- Degree in Business Administration or related field (not required but an asset)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
