Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee payroll administration, including data analysis and record-keeping.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and waste.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and timely retrieval of documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure high-quality output.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
