- Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Record meeting minutes, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed.
- Determine and establish office procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Type and proofread correspondence, documents, and other materials, guaranteeing professionalism and attention to detail.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
